At Sauer Brands, we stand behind the quality of our spices, extracts, and condiments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a resolution.

Return Process

    Include photos of the product packaging and the batch code found on the container to help our quality assurance team investigate the issue.

    Receive Authorization

    Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or confirm if a replacement shipment has been triggered.

    Refund Processing

    For approved returns, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of processing your request.
